Lead-Based Paint Inspection and Risk Assessment within 90 days after acquisition or prior to listing, whichever date is earlier

Interim Controls using safe work practices
Clearance
Provision of
Notice of hazard reduction activity and results to occupants
Ongoing Lead-Based Paint
Maintenance where HUD retains ownership for more than 12 months

Superseding Requirement:
Units that Are or Have Been Occupied by a Child Under Age Six Who Has an
Environmental Intervention Blood Lead Level (EIBLL)
Report to the public health
department within five days of the name and address of an EIBLL case reported by any other medical health care professional
Risk Assessment within 15 days after notice or verification of EIBLL case
Provision of
Notice of  the results of the risk assessment to occupants
Interim Controls using safe work practices or abatement within 30 days after risk assessment report
Clearance
