Abatement of lead-based paint hazards within 12 months after Risk Assessment:Units Built between 1960 and 1977:

  • Performed by federal agency before closing of sale
    or
  • Federal agency must assure performance by purchaser before occupancy

Lead-Based Paint Inspection and Risk Assessment before closing of sale
Disclosure of the results of evaluation to prospective purchasers
