Lead-Based Paint Inspection

Lead-based Paint Inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based paint and the provision of a report explaining the results of the investigation. Lead-based paint inspection may be required in sub parts C G I L

  (a) Lead-based paint inspections
. Lead-based paint inspections shall be performed in accordance with methods and standards established either by a State or Indian tribe under a program authorized by EPA, or by EPA at 40 CFR 745.227(b), except that the definition of lead-based paint shall not include a loading (area concentration) or mass concentration greater than lead-based paint.
