Dust-Lead Hazard

Dust-lead hazard means surface dust that contains a dust-lead loading (area concentration of lead) at or exceeding the levels promulgated by the EPA pursuant to Section 403 of the Toxic Substances Control Act or, if such levels are not in effect, the standards in Sec. 35.1320(b)(2)(i) using wipe samples:
